10 principles for a better, healthier and happier:

10 principles for a better, healthier and happier:

1. Prioritize my happiness and well-being above all else (and anyone else) regardless of how much guilt, shame or pressure I face

2. Let go of the past hurt, pain and disappointments so I can grow by not wasting my time and energy on hoping a situation could have been different

3. Focus on my own #SelfCare to make sure that my physical, mental and emotional health is in pristine condition and in the best shape of my life

4. Be courageous to speak up for what I believe in, what I deserve, and how I should be valued

5. Achieve the specific goals I set for myself regardless of what anyone else believes

6. Laugh - even when life throws me SH**balls in the face and knocks me down (over and over and over again)

7. Stop being a people pleaser and know that its OK to say “NO” politely and respectfully

8. Make time for the amazing and incredible family, friends, colleagues, community and network that keeps me grounded, loved and supported

9. Give back, pay it forward and contribute to the overall good

10. Implement #SelfLove as the vehicle to my happiness

Cheers to a fabulous year and to new journeys ahead!!! πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ
